They are currently seeking a talented Senior Associate to join their high-performing disputes’ team in Sydney.

Dispute Resolution

The Dispute Resolution group is one of the firm’s most prominent practice areas, advising and representing clients in some of the most complex and high-profile commercial disputes in the market. Clients include major corporates, financial institutions, and government bodies who trust the team to guide them through sensitive, large-scale litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters.

Position Description

As an SA in this team, you will:

• Gain exposure to headline disputes spanning corporate disputes, class actions, restructuring, shareholder disputes and regulatory investigations
• Work closely with some of the most highly respected litigation partners and senior lawyers in Australia
• Benefit from training, mentoring and secondment opportunities within the firm’s global network

Requirements

You will most likely have:

• 6+ years’ PAE in commercial disputes
• Strong legal analysis, drafting and advocacy skills
• A commercial mindset and the ability to build client relationships with confidence
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
