- 3–4 years’ post-admission experience, ideally with front-end construction matters
- High-quality private practice experience, with exposure to public sector work highly regarded
- Strong academic record and excellent drafting skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice
- Ambitious, client-focused, and able to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
