The Role

We represent a top-tier firm seeking a Lawyer or Senior Associate to join a leading Construction Litigation team in Sydney. The role involves advising on a broad range of construction and project disputes across infrastructure and resources sectors, including mining, LNG, rail, and roads. You will work closely with a dynamic, high-performing team to deliver commercially astute and technically excellent legal advice, collaborating on both domestic and international matters.

About You

• 2–7+ years’ post-admission experience, with construction dispute experience from top-tier private practice (or a combination of top-tier and in-house)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded and able to provide practical, client-focused advice
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively while supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Proactive, energetic, and committed to delivering high-quality client service
