The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer to join a leading Dispute Resolution team in Sydney. The role involves advising on a broad range of matters, including general commercial litigation, construction disputes, class actions, and financial services matters. You will work closely with senior partners and a dynamic team, delivering commercially astute and technically excellent advice to a blue-chip client base across diverse industry sectors.

About You

• 2–4 years’ post-admission experience in dispute resolution, gained within top-tier or mid-tier private practice or in-house
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded, with the ability to provide practical, client-focused advice
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively while supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Proactive, energetic, and committed to delivering high-quality client service
