The Role

An exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to join a leading Energy Projects team in Sydney. The role involves advising on a broad range of energy and infrastructure matters, including renewable energy projects, power purchase agreements, energy regulatory issues, and carbon market developments. You will work closely with leading partners and teams across multiple offices, providing strategic advice on the procurement, development and delivery of major projects central to Australia’s energy transition.

About You

• 3+ years’ PAE in energy, projects, infrastructure, or construction law
• Experience advising on energy and resources projects, transactions, or major infrastructure developments
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills, with a plain-English approach
• Proactive, energetic, and committed to delivering excellent client service
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
