The Role

An exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a market-leading Real Estate Finance team in Sydney. The role offers exposure to a wide range of domestic and international transactions across the capital spectrum, acting for banks, private equity sponsors, credit funds, listed entities and developers. You’ll work closely with leading partners in one of the largest dedicated real estate finance practices in the market, advising on matters spanning acquisitions, construction, M&A and fund financing.

About You

• 3+ years’ PAE in banking and finance, ideally focused on real estate finance
• Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills, with a commercial and solutions-driven approach
• Experience gained at a top-tier or leading international firm
• Ability to manage complex matters while collaborating in a fast-paced team environment
• Proactive and ambitious, with a genuine interest in real estate and structured finance
