The Role

This is an opportunity to join a leading Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) team advising on a broad range of complex commercial and regulatory matters, including:

• Outsourcing, procurement and technology contracts
• Telecommunications and data-related matters
• Strategic commercial negotiations and risk management
• Advising major corporate and government clients on regulatory compliance

You’ll gain exposure to a variety of sophisticated, high-value transactions and work closely with senior lawyers on major national projects, with genuine scope for progression.

About You

You will have 4+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial or TMT law, with:

• Strong technical and drafting skills in IT procurement, outsourcing or commercial contracting
• A proactive, strategic mindset with excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence engaging with high-profile corporate and government clients
