The practice advises across the full spectrum of property matters, offering a supportive environment with clear career progression and hands-on exposure to complex transactions.

The Role
You’ll work across a wide range of property matters, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions, sales and leasing
• Complex transactional and development work for government and private sector clients
• Due diligence, structuring and contract drafting
• Transaction management and PEXA settlements

You’ll gain direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to learn from senior lawyers who are committed to your professional growth.

About You
You will have at least 3 years’ post-admission experience in commercial property law, with:

• Strong technical knowledge of NSW property law
• Experience managing property transactions end-to-end
• Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and a desire to develop your career in property law
