We are representing a highly regarded Projects & Energy team advising leading corporates, investors and government bodies on the development, procurement and delivery of major energy and infrastructure projects. The team plays a key role in Australia’s energy transition, working on cutting-edge renewables, power purchase agreements, and carbon market developments.
The Role You’ll work across a diverse range of matters, including:
- Procurement, development and delivery of major energy projects
- Power purchase and energy supply agreements
- Energy regulatory issues, carbon market and climate-tech developments
- Project documentation, transaction support and due diligence
You’ll gain exposure to significant, industry-shaping work across renewables, infrastructure and resources, with support from senior practitioners in a collaborative, national team environment.
About You You will have 3+ years’ post-admission experience in projects, energy, infrastructure or construction law, with:
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
- Experience in energy, resources or major infrastructure projects
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong commercial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team
