We are representing a highly regarded national Competition & Regulatory team that forms part of a global network advising on complex competition law and economic regulation issues. The practice is ranked among the leading competition teams in Australia and is known for its depth of expertise, collaborative culture, and exposure to international matters.

The Role
You’ll advise domestic and international corporate clients, government agencies, and regulators across all aspects of competition and consumer law, including:

• Merger clearance and multi-jurisdictional transaction advice
• Competition and consumer law advisory and compliance
• Litigation and dispute resolution involving anti-competitive conduct
• Investigations into cartels and market conduct
• Regulatory frameworks for technology, energy, infrastructure and renewables

You’ll gain hands-on experience working on significant competition and regulatory matters, with opportunities to collaborate across national and international teams.

About You
You will have 2–5 years’ post-admission experience in competition, regulatory, or consumer law, with:

• Strong legal and analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities
• Commerciality and intellectual curiosity
• A proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills

You’ll thrive in a supportive environment that values initiative, learning, and collaboration, with exposure to high-profile clients and cross-border matters.
