Associate - Construction (Disputes)

We are representing a top-tier national Construction team advising developers, contractors, principals, and consultants on complex construction and infrastructure disputes. The practice works closely with major projects, energy and real estate teams on some of the most significant developments in the region.

The Role
You’ll work across a broad range of contentious construction matters, including:
  • Disputes and arbitration relating to infrastructure, renewables, and defence projects
  • Contract administration and risk management issues
  • Advisory work on construction, engineering, and energy projects
  • Collaboration with technical, financial, and project experts on major developments
The role offers high-level exposure to both domestic and international projects, working alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative national team.

About You
You will have 2–4 years’ post-admission experience in construction law, with a focus on disputes, gained in a top-tier or leading commercial firm. You will also have:
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Experience across infrastructure, renewables, or energy-related disputes
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • A proactive, adaptable and team-oriented approach
