We are representing a well-established national Property team recognised for its strong client relationships and supportive culture. The practice advises on all aspects of property law, with exposure to significant and high-profile matters across Australia.

The Role
You’ll work across a broad mix of commercial property matters, including:

• Property acquisitions, disposals and leasing
• Complex development and infrastructure projects
• Government and private sector property transactions
• Transaction management, due diligence and PEXA settlements

This is a hands-on role offering direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and mentoring from senior practitioners dedicated to your professional growth.

About You
You will have at least 3 years’ post-admission experience in commercial property law, with:

• Sound knowledge of NSW property law
• Experience managing transactions end-to-end
• Strong drafting and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine interest in property
