We are representing a highly regarded national Litigation team recognised for its depth of expertise in banking, insolvency and financial disputes. The practice acts for major Australian banks, lenders and insolvency practitioners on a diverse range of complex and high-profile matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role
You’ll work on a wide variety of matters, including:

• Secured and unsecured recoveries
• Lending loss and non-lending loss disputes
• Insolvency and restructuring advice for administrators, receivers and liquidators
• Complex commercial and financial litigation in State, Federal and appellate courts

You’ll gain exposure to top-tier disputes and work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, balancing autonomy on your own matters with collaboration on larger-scale cases.

About You
You will have 3–5 years’ post-admission experience in litigation, insolvency or financial services disputes, with:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent drafting and attention to detail
• Confidence managing matters and mentoring junior lawyers
• A proactive, commercial and team-oriented approach
