The Role
You’ll be involved in a wide variety of insurance work, including:

• Advising on indemnity, liability and risk management issues
• Managing statutory classes and workers compensation claims
• Advocacy across multiple jurisdictions
• Negotiating commercial outcomes and delivering strategic advice
• Collaborating closely with senior lawyers and clients on complex disputes

This role provides genuine development opportunities, hands-on experience, and strong mentoring from experienced practitioners.

About You
You will have 3+ years’ post-admission experience in insurance or personal injury litigation, with:

• Sound knowledge of statutory schemes and liability frameworks
• Strong drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills
• The ability to balance legal and commercial considerations
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• A proactive, collaborative and professional approach
