We are representing a highly regarded national Insurance team with one of the largest client bases in Australia. The practice acts for major insurers, corporates and government clients across complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes and advisory work.

The Role
You’ll work on a broad range of insurance matters, including:

• Financial lines and construction-related claims
• Professional indemnity, D&O and product liability matters
• Reinsurance and regulatory issues
• Risk management and complex coverage advice
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers in a collaborative team environment

You’ll gain hands-on responsibility, direct client contact and exposure to a diverse mix of high-value, technically challenging matters within a growing national team.

About You
You will have 3+ years’ post-admission experience in insurance law (financial lines, construction, or general liability), with:

• Strong technical, analytical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• The ability to manage files and lead junior team members
• A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused mindset
