We are representing a fast-growing national Property team recognised for its strong client base and practical, commercially focused advice. The practice offers exposure to a wide range of property matters and the opportunity to work with highly experienced practitioners in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
You’ll work across a diverse range of property transactions, including:

• Drafting and negotiating leases, variations and consents to assignment
• Preparing contracts, special conditions and transaction documents
• Advising on amendments, settlements and registrations (including PEXA)
• Supporting senior lawyers on development and leasing portfolios for major clients

You’ll gain hands-on experience, direct client contact and opportunities to take ownership of matters while contributing to the growth of a dynamic team.

About You
You will have at least 3 years’ post-admission experience in commercial property or leasing, with:

• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Sound understanding of Queensland property law
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
• A proactive, detail-oriented and team-focused approach
