We are representing a highly regarded national Insurance team known for its expertise across statutory classes, personal injury and liability claims. The practice advises major insurers, self-insured corporations and government agencies on high-value and technically complex matters, offering strong career progression in a supportive environment.

The Role
You’ll be involved in a broad range of statutory insurance work, including:

• Workers’ compensation, public liability and CTP matters
• Policy interpretation and accident compensation claims
• Advising on indemnity, liability and risk management
• Advocacy, negotiation and settlement of claims
• Direct client engagement and collaboration within a close-knit team

You’ll gain hands-on experience across diverse files and the opportunity to work with industry-leading practitioners on significant Queensland insurance matters.

About You
You will have at least 3 years’ post-admission experience in insurance or personal injury litigation, with:

• A strong understanding of workers’ compensation or public liability law
• Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, collaborative and professional approach
