Our client is a leading global law firm known for its innovation and expertise, who is looking for their next Senior Associate to join their dynamic team.

The role 

Join a leading corporate team in Sydney, handling complex domestic and cross-border M&A for prestigious clients. 

• Advising clients across multiple industries.
• Supporting transactions including M&A, joint ventures, capital raisings, and governance matters.
• Conducting due diligence and drafting/negotiating complex commercial documents.
• Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives.

About you

To succeed in this role you will have 5+ years experience with a corporate and commercial practice in an international or top tier law firm. 

Additionally, you will have: 

• Experience working on high profile and complex M&A matters 
• Excellent communication, drafting and attention to detail. 
• Client facing and liaison experience is essential
