We are working with a progressive company in the technology space who are now looking to hire an additional senior level lawyer to join their dynamic and collaborative team.
 
Position Description
 
As part of their expanding operations, the team are seeking a Senior Lawyer to join the team.
 
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Commercial and support on legal matters including those with strategic value and importance for the organisation.
 
Requirements
 
You will be a corporate and commercial lawyer, most likely with between 6-8 years’ PAE.
 
The successful applicant will: 

• have a broad corporate and commercial legal background, ideally with exposure to one or more of the following:

• technology
• corporate finance
• bids/tenders
• risk

• have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• have a commercially minded approach and the ability to act as a strategic partner to the business
• a hands on, pro-active approach.
