We are representing a highly regarded national Property team recognised for its strong client base and collaborative culture. The practice advises across the full spectrum of property law, acting for both private and public sector clients on significant transactions nationwide.

The Role 
You’ll be involved in a wide variety of property matters, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Complex development and leasing transactions
• Government and infrastructure-related property work
• Transaction management, due diligence and PEXA settlements

You’ll gain direct client exposure, meaningful responsibility from day one, and guidance from experienced senior lawyers committed to your professional development.

About You
You will have at least 3 years’ post-admission experience in commercial property law, with:

• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Sound understanding of NSW property law
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine interest in property
