Dispute Resolution
 
The Australian Dispute Resolution team consists of partners with varied practices, all of whom have previously worked at major international or top tier firms.
 
They handle a broad range of litigation across commercial, insolvency, class actions, international arbitration, insurance and reinsurance, white collar and anti-corruption, and financial regulatory disputes.
 
Position Description
 
As a result of growth within their Australian Dispute Resolution practice, an opportunity has arisen to work closely with partners, who are highly-regarded lawyers for complex litigation and dispute resolution in Australia.
 
You will be involved in some of Australia’s largest and most complex litigation matters, including mass torts, class actions, product liability, regulatory investigations (including white collar crime), directors' liability and financial services.
 
Requirements
 
The successful candidates will have 2 to 4 years of post-admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
 
Ideally you will have an excellent academic transcript (with honours in your LLB (or equivalent)), enjoy client interaction, be a clear communicator and be looking to take your career to the next level.
