Corporate team

The Sydney Corporate team includes a number of partners that cover the full range of corporate transactions and advice across M&A, capital raising & IPOs, private equity, and restructuring, often with an international focus.
  
The Role

This role will see you working closely with two respected corporate partners in Sydney.

You will advise large corporations, private equity firms, sponsors, fund managers and corporate advisors on a range of matters including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, complex commercial agreements, corporate governance and compliance, as well as company secretarial matters.
  
Requirements

You will ideally have 3 to 5 years of post-admission experience across a range of corporate transactions and advice.

In addition, you will need to excel in multitasking, client management, drafting, critical thinking, teamwork, and client-centricity.
