Senior Associate, Property Lawyer
We represent the Sydney office of a major law firm.
They have a pre-eminent Property (Real Estate) team and are now on the lookout for an SA level lawyer.
Property (Real Estate) team
The Property (Real Estate) team services some of Australia's largest and most recognised property developers, government entities, commercial building owners, fund managers, trusts and landlords. They provide their clients with tailored and commercial advice at each stage of their property project or investment.
The national practice is fully integrated, so whilst based in Sydney, you would have exposure to the wider group.
Position Description
Due to significant growth of the practice and a healthy pipeline of work, the Sydney office is now looking for a talented lawyer at the Senior Associate level.
You will have significant exposure to some of the firm's most well-renowned partners.
It will be a broad based property role, which will see you advising on the full scope of property law matters, including acquisition & sales, development, major leasing, complex subdivisions, joint venture arrangements and compulsory acquisitions.
Requirements
You will be a Property / Real Estate lawyer from a notable law firm or in-house legal team, with 5+ years' PAE.
