We are working with a leading global organisation who are seeking a senior level property lawyer, to help support and lead their property related transactions.
 
The existing team
The legal team provides legal support to a broad range of property based clients on a range of corporate transactions, including property development, acquisitions and disposals, major leasing, and capital investments.
 
This role would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively with a client focus. This is a transactional-based role.
 
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 10+ years PAE of experience in real estate transactions, in particular,  property developments, acquisitions and disposals, and funds relating to property developments (including joint ventures and development agreements) 
 
Our client is looking for a senior lawyer who is a team player and has excellent communication skills.
 
In addition, you will have strong:
· organisational skills; and
· technical drafting skills
