- You will be managing a small but complex litigation case load, supporting all stages of the litigation lifecycle. Matters will range from judicial review, class actions, AAT and related disputes.
- Reviewing submissions, preparing evidence and assisting with discovery.
- Liaising with external law firms and Commonwealth agencies.
- Managing subpoenas and briefing internal clients.
- Supporting litigation strategy and risk management.
- Minimum 5+ years post-admission experience. More experienced legal counsel highly regarded.
- Strong grasp of administrative law and litigation processes.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and provide clear, practical advice.
- Strong written communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Full-time preferred. Part-time or job-share may be considered.
