They are currently looking for an Associate level E&P lawyer with 3 to 5 years' PAE to join their Sydney office.
The Team
The firm's Environment & Planning team advise on complex planning, environmental and land acquisition matters. As a national practice group, the team collaborates across all offices, specialising in areas that include environmental impact assessment, land acquisition and access, regulatory compliance, enforcement, litigation and disputes.
The Role
As part of the Environment and Planning team, you will work closely with leading partners and a dynamic group of professionals.
You will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including offering strategic advice, managing major projects, handling transactions, and resolving disputes for a diverse clientele, including government agencies and corporate entities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at between 3 to 5 years' post-admission experience with expertise in planning, environment, and land acquisition matters, gained at a notable law firm.
