Position Description 

An opportunity currently exists for an Associate level lawyer to join the highly experienced Sydney construction team to focus on back-end matters. 

In this role, you will work most closely with three of Australia's leading construction lawyers on major construction and infrastructure disputes (litigation, arbitration, adjudication etc) to clients including principals, contractors and engineers. 

Requirements

To be successful for this role, you will be a construction disputes lawyer with two to five years' post admission experience. 

The successful candidate will also have:

• The ability to build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and peers.
• A developing professional profile within the industry.
