As an upshot of growth, the Sydney office is now looking to recruit a senior level solicitor - 5+ years' experience - for their Employment, Industrial Relations & Safety team.

Employment, Industrial Relations & Safety

The Employment, Industrial Relations & Safety team provide the full range of workplace relations and employment law services and advise a large number of Australia's leading companies and organisations. 

In Sydney, the team is headed by a number of partners and a host of other senior level resources.

Position Description

This role will see you working closely with partners in a truly pre-eminent practice. 

You will provide advice across:

• employment litigation, including industrial action and dispute resolution
• workplace strategy, in particular the implementation of change, restructuring and enterprise bargaining
• employment and IR aspects of corporate deals
• general employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying, employment contracts and termination of employment
• workplace compliance and governance, including the development of policies and procedures, and training.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have 5+ years' quality workplace law experience. 

In addition, you will have advanced interpersonal and client liaison skills.
