The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, the team is looking for a lawyer to work on complex, high-value transactions for both financiers and borrowers. Clients include onshore and offshore credit funds, asset managers, bank and non-bank lenders, strategic investors, creditors and insolvency practitioners.
 
The work spans structured and asset-backed transactions, venture and growth finance, secondary trades, financial turnarounds and corporate restructurings.
 
Responsibilities

• Advising on complex Banking & Finance and structured finance transactions
• Acting for lenders, borrowers, credit funds and investors across a range of financing matters
• Drafting and negotiating finance documentation
• Supporting and leading transactions from inception through to completion
• Working closely with partners and senior lawyers across offices
• Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives

 
About You

• 3+ years' PAE in Banking & Finance from a reputable firm
• Experience advising on financing transactions (lender or borrower side)
• Ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy
• Strong technical drafting and commercial skills
• Interest in playing a visible role in the continued growth of the practice
