An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior Lawyer (1–3 years’ PAE) to join a high-performing Construction team in Sydney, with a focus on front-end transactional work.

The Role

In this role, you will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a range of major infrastructure and development matters.

The position will involve:

• Drafting and negotiating construction agreements.
• Supporting procurement processes and project delivery models.
• Advising on contract administration, risk allocation and compliance.

Requirements 

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years’ experience within a reputable projects and construction practice, ideally with front-end exposure.

You will demonstrate strong drafting ability, attention to detail, the capacity to manage competing deadlines and excellent communication skills.
