Debt Finance

In Sydney, the Debt Finance team is led by two experienced partners with additional lawyers of varying levels making up the rest of the team.

The team is renowned for providing commercial solutions on some of Australia's largest and most complex finance deals. 

Position Description

This role will see you taking on a high-level of responsibility and autonomy.

You will take the lead on a range of corporate, leveraged and real estate finance deals; and advise on transactions from complex, high‑profile multi‑jurisdictional deals, including bilateral, club and large syndicated facilities to mid‑market domestic financings.

Key requirements

You will be a finance solicitor with 5+ years' experience from a reputable practice. You will have excellent interpersonal and client liaison skills and enjoy being part of a team.

In addition, you will have:

• A developing to developed professional profile and an ability to develop an internal network beyond the practice group
• A willingness to work autonomously yet also as part of a team
• An ability to consistently present a positive image of self, the team and the firm.
