Commercial & TMT Team
The firm's Commercial & TMT team is widely regarded as a leading practice of it's kind in the country. The team has an array of interesting work across technology, government, sports law and other general commercial matters, with the Sydney team consisting of several practitioners recognised in Chambers Asia-Pacific, The Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.
You'll be servicing a diverse range of clients, joining a high-performing team and working on some of the most significant transactions in the Australian market and internationally.
Position Description
On offer is the opportunity to work across a range of corporate and commercial transactions, focusing on matters related to technology, procurement, sports law, privacy & data, and the public sector. You will:

- regularly advise on projects involving the acquisition, licensing or supply of large-scale hardware, information technology, telecommunications systems, and other goods and services;
- assist in-house counsel teams with innovation projects; and
- draft a wide range of commercial documents.
The successful candidate will have between 2-5 years’ experience within the commercial & TMT space.
You will need to have had experience working in private practice, with in-house exposure welcomed.
In addition, you will have:
- superior communication skills (both written and verbal);
- excellent drafting ability and analytical skills;
- the ability to be team-focused and work independently;
- a developing commercial awareness; and
- outstanding academic background.
