Associate, Corporate/Commercial Lawyer
We work closely with a leading global law firm.
As an upshot of growth, they are currently looking for an Associate level solicitor with corporate and commercial experience to join its Sydney team.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with a partner in advising on a wide range of commercial transactions, including procurement, joint ventures, supply, distribution and marketing arrangements, as well as supporting M&A activity and business acquisitions/divestments.

The Opportunity
You will work closely with a partner in advising on a wide range of commercial transactions, including procurement, joint ventures, supply, distribution and marketing arrangements, as well as supporting M&A activity and business acquisitions/divestments.
Additionally, you will also work on:
- competition and consumer law issues (including unfair contract terms)
- intellectual property commercialisation
- corporate governance
- franchising (including regulatory compliance under the Franchising Code of Conduct)
- general commercial advisory matters
You will have at least 3 years’ PAE gained within a reputable corporate and/or commercial practice, with strong technical, drafting and communication skills.
