Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious lawyer (2-5 years’ PAE) looking to further develop their career within a market-leading restructuring and insolvency practice.
The Opportunity
This specialist R&I team is recognised for advising on some of the most complex and high-profile restructuring and insolvency matters across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Working alongside highly respected practitioners, the team is involved in significant domestic and cross-border matters.
Your work will include restructures, workouts, distressed investments, insolvency matters, and special situations for clients including major financial institutions, listed entities, insolvency practitioners, funds, directors, and corporate stakeholders.
Requirements
You will be a lawyer with 2–5 years’ post-admission experience gained within restructuring & insolvency, banking & finance, or a related commercial practice area.
In addition, you will have:
- Strong technical drafting ability and excellent attention to detail.
- Well-developed organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- A collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for working within a team environment.
