We are working with a major Australian commercial law firm who is seeking a mid-level solicitor to join its growing team in Sydney.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work on large and complex disputes.


The Role
  
You will work closely with a number of experienced partners and senior lawyers, assisting clients with complex commercial disputes, class actions, investigations and other significant litigation matters.
The team acts for a broad client base, including large corporates, financial institutions and government-related entities, providing strategic advice and representation across all stages of the dispute resolution process.
Your will include:

• Preparing court documents, briefs and legal correspondence
• Conducting legal research and developing case strategies
• Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders
• Managing competing deadlines and contributing to successful matter outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• 2+ years' PAE in litigation and dispute resolution 
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Sound commercial judgment and attention to detail.
