As an upshot of growth, the Brisbane office are now looking to hire an intermediate level lawyer for their Construction, Projects and Infrastructure practice.
Construction, Projects and Infrastructure The Construction, Projects and Infrastructure group work on some of the most significant infrastructure, construction, engineering and contract mining projects in the Asia-Pacific region for a range of public and private participants.

Position Description This is a position which will provide opportunities for career progression, mentorship and skill development in this area of law.
You will be involved in a wide range of construction projects with a focus on front-end work including:
- advising on strategic objectives and market risks involved in the project,
- risk allocation, procurement methods and developing robust project finance, construction, operations and maintenance agreements
- ongoing advisory services when projects have commenced and construction is underway.

Requirements You will be a lawyer with
2+ years' experience
in front-end construction law, or relevant skill set including, for example, procurement.
In addition, you will:
- have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as people skills
- have strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
