As an upshot of growth, the Brisbane office is looking to appoint a senior level lawyer - Senior Associate - in their Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

The Sydney Litigation & Dispute Resolution team is regarded as one of Australia's leading practices and includes some of the brightest and most-respected practitioners.
They cover the full gamut of disputes including contractual disputes, directors' duties', shareholder disputes, defamation, regulatory investigations, Royal Commissions, and white collar crime.
The team are regularly acknowledged as leaders in their field by independent legal directories.
Position Description
This role will see you practising in all spheres of commercial dispute resolution, working with a number of leading litigators.

You will be a lawyer with 4 to 9 years' experience in commercial litigation. Ideally, you will have experience acting across a broad range of litigious matters, including corporate and regulatory litigation.
