About the Role
We are working with a rapidly growing operator of industry leading data centres. This is an exciting and unique career opportunity to work in a growth industry where you will be involved on a cross section of commercial issues.
You will join a high performing team and work closely with the General Counsel to support the delivery of projects and operations, advising on planning approvals, regulatory compliance, real estate transactions and commercial arrangements.

Key Responsibilities - Be a subject matter expert, providing practical legal advice on environment and planning, compliance and real estate transactions.
- Support planning and environmental approval and compliance processes.
- Involvement in drafting, negotiating, property related documents.
- Managing and advising on risk.
- Liaising and working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Briefing external legal advisers and specialist consultants, as required.
About You - 5 - 8 years post admission experience.
- Ideally you have worked in a private law firm, in-house or a combination of both.
- Experienced in environment & planning law, preferably with some exposure to real estate law, infrastructure, property development or a regulated asset environment.
- Strong technical skills and a commercial mindset.
- Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Australian Citizenship and able to obtain and maintain a NV1 Commonwealth Security Clearance.
