- Licensing obligations.
- Product design and distribution.
- Anti-money laundering and consumer protection obligations.
- Advice on regulatory breaches relating to APRA and ASIC.
- Advice on the Financial Accountability Regime.
You will have two to five years' financial services experience in a reputable law firm.
- Strong understanding in regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting skills
- Proactive and commercially minded
