About the role

We are actively seeking an Associate with expertise in workplace relations & safety law to join a well-regarded Brisbane team.
  
The team advises a diverse client base including Australia's leading employers, government bodies and statutory corporations across all sectors. Their Brisbane practice group is rapidly growing and provides opportunity to be actively involved in intricate and high-level investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Providing both contentious and non-contentious employment law advice to a variety of clients
• Managing client relationships and contributing to the full spectrum of workplace matters
• Contributing to the growth and development of the practice, with opportunities for career advancement based on merit

About you
You will have proven experience in workplace health and safety, working within an established and reputable employment law practice.
  
Additionally, you will have:

• Solid knowledge of workplace relations, industrial relations, and work health and safety law; General litigation experience will be highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to legal work
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for building effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders
