Senior Associate - Family Office, Corporate Advisory and Private Capital
We represent a National Commercial Law Firm who is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join their busy corporate team.

The Role
You will work closely with a highly reputable Partner on a broad range of corporate, private capital and transactional matters. The role offers direct client exposure, meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to work with sophisticated private clients, investors and businesses across a national platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Advising on private capital, investment and structuring matters
- Running and assisting on private M&A and corporate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, shareholder arrangements and related agreements
- Advising on capital raisings and broader corporate finance matters
- Working directly with clients on transaction strategy and execution
- Supporting cross-border matters involving international clients and advisers
- 5+ years PAE with experience in in corporate law, M&A, or capital markets, from a well-regarded firm.
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and analytical skills
- Commercial mindset with a practical approach to problem solving
- Experience managing or assisting on complex disputes with expertise in relevant legislation and policy.
- Confident working in a lean team with ownership of matters and strategy input
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a high-performance environment
