The opportunity
This role gives you the opportunity to work on large scale and complex financings including lender and sponsor-side work. You will build on a broad range of skills across structuring deals, execution and negotiation. In addition, you will take the lead on the full spectrum of advising on acquisitions, refinancings and new financings for major projects.
