A leading national Australian law firm is expanding its Sydney Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team.

They are currently looking for a Lawyer or Associate with 2–4 years' PAE to join their highly regarded practice.

The Opportunity

Working closely with an experienced partner, you will act for a sophisticated client base including major banks, financial institutions, insolvency professionals and corporate entities.

The role will provide exposure to a broad range of complex matters, including:

• Financial services recoveries and enforcement
• Commercial disputes and litigation
• Insolvency and restructuring
• Dispute resolution
• Recovery proceedings and enforcement action.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 2–4 years' PAE gained within a reputable commercial practice
• Experience across recoveries, commercial disputes, litigation and/or insolvency
• A genuine interest in financial services recoveries, insolvency and disputes
• Strong analytical, drafting and advocacy skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A collaborative approach and strong commitment to client service.
