Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel level lawyer to join its growing construction team, advising clients across a broad range of sectors and businesses.
This is a commercially focussed legal role. You will understand the clients commercial objectives and provide practical, solutions-focused construction advice. The role will have a strong front-end construction focus, with an emphasis on contracting and commercial advice.
Our client is open to flexible and remote work, lawyers can be based in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne, Newcastle and Perth.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- 5 years' post-admission experience, gained in private practice, in-house or a combination of both;
- Front-end construction experience, with a particular passion for drafting and negotiating contracts;
- Strong commercial judgement;
- An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset;
- Australian admission, a current or eligible practising certificate and full Australian working rights.
