Emma is a Legal Recruitment Associate at Montgomery Advisory. In her role, Emma collaborates closely with key stakeholders across a diverse range of commercial law firms. She leverages her extensive market knowledge and deep relationships to provide tailored recruitment solutions that align with both client needs and candidate aspirations.
Prior to joining Montgomery Advisory, Emma began her recruitment career in the healthcare industry, where she played a role in establishing and expanding the healthcare recruitment division of Australian and Irish based organisation contributing significantly to its growth and success.
Before transitioning into recruitment, Emma gained valuable experience as an HR Advisor, working across non-profit organisations in both Ireland and Australia. This background has equipped her with a unique perspective on organisational dynamics and a strong foundation in human resources, enhancing her ability to understand and meet the diverse needs of her clients and candidates.
