Georgie is a Manager at Montgomery Advisory. She recruits lawyers of all levels in Australia and internationally, with a focus on the Middle East private practice market.
Georgie specialises in working with commercial law firms across the Middle East to recruit lawyers, at all levels, across many practice areas.
After completing her Arts/ Laws degree at ANU, Georgie began her career as a lawyer at Clifford Chance where she completed the graduate program.
She commenced her career in recruitment in early 2020 where she specialised in the banking and financial services sector, with a focus on compliance, legal, audit and risk recruitment.
Looking to specialise in legal recruitment, Georgie made the move across to Montgomery.
Her expertise includes retained and contingent legal recruitment, talent mapping and career counselling. She finds building long term relationships with clients and candidates rewarding and enjoys the challenge of an ever-changing legal market.
Outside of work, you will often find her cooking, surfing or trail running!
