Operations Manager
Jess has been instrumental in the growth of Montgomery Advisory, bringing to the table both energy and enthusiasm coupled with over 20 years’ previous experience in the recruitment industry.
As our Operations Manager, Jess works closely with the Directors to align operational goals with the strategic vision of the business. She is responsible for driving efficiencies and ensuring compliance with all business operating procedures.
Her vital role focuses mainly on internal HR, finance, IT, marketing, vendor management, and maintaining company policies and procedures. Together, Jess and her team of research administrators work closely with the Montgomery consultants providing the administrative support they need to realise their very best potential.
Most importantly, Jess manages our incentive programmes and social activities including bi-annual company trips, monthly vouchers, quarterly events, Friday drinks, quarterly charity volunteer days, and of course our Christmas party.
Jess manages all this while raising three kids and a high-maintenance golden retriever. She is the heart and soul of Montgomery.
