Prior to joining Montgomery Advisory, Jordan specialised in legal recruitment within the maritime sector in the United Kingdom, partnering with both in-house legal teams and law firms across the EMEA region. Drawing on her extensive experience managing high-value client relationships, she takes a consultative and relationship-led approach to recruitment, with a focus on understanding the unique goals of both clients and candidates.
Now in her third year in Sydney, Jordan joined Montgomery Advisory as an Associate, where she works closely with leading law firms and legal professionals across the legal sector.
