Candidate Coordinator
Originally from Melbourne, Lena completed her Bachelor of Arts (Criminal Justice Administration) from RMIT University. She then spent the next few years in a customer service and management roles, refining her people and leadership skills before making the move to sunny Sydney. After some exposure to recruitment, Lena was keen to combine her passion for helping people, with her interest in legal and so joined the team at Montgomery Advisory to do just that!
Lena is passionate about learning more about her candidates experience and knowledge than what is written on her resume and help them with their search for a role that ticks all the boxes. Specialising in working with Legal Secretaries, Lena has an understanding of the demands and duties for the various practice areas, so it able share great insight and knowledge with her candidates to assist them with their decision making.
Outside of the office Lena enjoys cooking her signature crispy pork belly, listening to dance music and can often be spotted out and about on her electric scooter exploring her new city!
