Originally from Argentina, Lucia holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law. She moved to Australia to embrace new opportunities and cultures and now proudly calls it home. After beginning her recruitment career in a generalist professional services agency, she joined Montgomery Advisory to align her work more closely with her legal background and passion for the sector. As an Associate, Lucia specialises in legal recruitment, drawing on her experience in both law and consultancy to deliver strategic, high-impact solutions to clients and candidates.
